How do I create my portfolio?

All Club Members are equal from the very beginning. They create their portfolio by doing projects only at the Freelance Club and nowhere else. After doing every project you get a feedback from your employer with estimated activities (5-very good, 1-very bad). The better estimation you have the better profile you get. When you bid for a project, the employer of the project can look at your profile, and many positive feedbacks will increase your chances to win the project.
