How do Employer and Freelancer communicate?
After you have won a project (if you are a freelancer) or have chosen a freelancer (if you are an employer), you will need to communicate to manage that project.
In order to do this you can
- use our email form on your club page,
- always ask the employer to repeat and interpret his requirements to ensure the project details,
- After the employer have chosen a freelancer, you can ask for alternate contact information such as email, business address, business phone, skype, ICQ, etc. so that you are always able to contact each other,
- Arrange a regular meeting with your employer/freelancer (daily, twice a week, weekly) via email, skype or any other contact possibility, to ensure you have an opportunity to have real-time dialog with your service provider and keep the project moving forward.
